Pre-sale Terms and Conditions:

1) The potential customer accepts without any reservation and is aware that the legal, civil, economic, and fiscal relationship arising from the purchase of this product is to be understood as “between the private purchaser” and the “company producing/distributing the product.”

2) The potential customer is aware, informed, and conscious that One Stop Cart, economically, legally, fiscally, and juridically, is only an external company operating in the online marketing sector, and that by virtue of its corporate purpose, can choose to take care of “the management of advertising campaigns” of goods or services produced/distributed/marketed by manufacturing/distribution/commercial companies; who choose to promote their products/services through affiliation networks, to which One Stop Cart is affiliated, even temporarily.

That is, One Stop Cart chooses the products/services present in the various affiliation networks, studies the brand, and implements, at its own expense and care, an online marketing strategy that exploits the various channels made available by the network (for example e-commerce, eBay, social networks, etc.), in order to generate useful contacts (potential customers/leads), who show an interest in the products/services. And put such potential customers in contact with the manufacturing/distribution/commercial companies that own the products/services, transferring the data and any payments through specific contact forms made available by the affiliation network that proposes and offers without obligation to the external affiliate One Stop Cart, to take care and expense in the creation and management of advertising campaigns on their own behalf.

3) The potential customer accepts without any reservation that the data entered after clicking the buy button may be used by the One Stop Cart company exclusively to be transferred to the manufacturing/distributing/commercial companies through specific contact forms made available by the affiliation network that proposes and offers without obligation to the external One Stop Cart affiliate, to take care and expense in creating and running advertising campaigns on their own behalf. In addition, the potential customer accepts to receive new contacts from One Stop Cart in the future to propose new commercial offers relating to this product.

4) Pre-order: The potential customer accepts without any reservation that by clicking the buy button/adding a product to the cart, they are simply placing a pre-order with a person responsible for running advertising campaigns, and not with a merchant or the actual manufacturer/distributor of the product. This is because:

a) Due to the nature of the product, you may be contacted by the real manufacturer/distributor who will ensure that you can actually use the product. Only then, between you (consumer/potential customer) and the manufacturing/distributing company will a commercial transaction be perfected, and you will go from being a potential customer to a customer, and the order will be effective.

b) One Stop Cart is not a merchant, does not own the product, does not have material possession of the same, and does not import, ship, or market in any way the object of this advertisement. Only when your data will be in possession and used by the manufacturing/distributing company, between you (if the conditions exist and upon your confirmation of the pre-order), will a commercial transaction be perfected, and you will go from being a potential customer to a customer of the manufacturing/distributing company, and the order will be effective.

5) Guarantees:

a) One Stop Cart guarantees to treat with the diligence of a good father the data of the potential customer as well as any payments from the moment the pre-order is made until the moment of the actual transfer to the manufacturing/distribution company.

b) One Stop Cart, despite being a marketing company and not a trader and/or the manufacturer/distributor of the product, and having activated the advertisement only to generate a potential non-buyer customer (i.e., a useful contact and not a commercial transaction), guarantees the potential customer assistance, as far as possible, in any problems that arise with the manufacturer/distributor without being legally, juridically, fiscally, and commercially obliged. Assistance will occur by facilitating interactions between the potential customer and the company in requests for returns and refunds, according to current regulations.

6) This advertisement is aimed exclusively at private individuals and not at companies. One Stop Cart has no financial or economic relationships with the manufacturing/distribution companies, but only with the affiliate network that provides the offer on which to build an advertising campaign. It follows that requests for invoicing from companies may be requested exclusively from the manufacturing/distribution companies, only during the confirmation phone call, which they will choose to use based on their tax regime. And not from One Stop Cart, as the latter, due to the nature of the pre-order, is not certain of receiving compensation for the single contact generated but receives non-detailed compensation exclusively from the affiliation network through which it connects potential customers and manufacturing/distribution companies.

7) One Stop Cart does not guarantee that the products are shipped from warehouses located in Italy or San Marino, and that the shipment takes place via specific couriers, but only that the shipment respects the delivery times once the potential customer confirms the pre-order with the manufacturer/distributor and a commercial transaction is actually concluded between the two parties.

8) The potential customer accepts without reservation that One Stop Cart is not fiscally, legally, legally, and civilly responsible for any type of dispute and/or problem of any nature arising from the confirmation of the order and the use of the product marketed by the manufacturing/distributing company in this listing. For any dispute, please refer to the manufacturer/distributor, whose company details are always shown on the packaging.

9) The potential customer accepts without reservation that One Stop Cart is required to refund only for purchases made with the PayPal payment system and only in cases where the distributor/manufacturer of the product receives the request for return within the terms and with the methods provided by law, and above all only for sealed products. In the absence of a seal, no refund will be made.

10) One Stop Cart does not guarantee the truthfulness of the information provided by the affiliate network and the distribution/manufacturing companies, nor does it guarantee compliance with the regulations in force by the aforementioned subjects, as it has no obligation as a marketing agency to verify anything regarding the advertised product.

11) The potential customer accepts that the main payment method for this product is cash on delivery (payment on delivery) and that this will only take place after telephone confirmation and only after receiving the product from the manufacturer/distributor. If the potential customer chooses another payment method, One Stop Cart may choose whether to refund the customer immediately and implement the transfer of pre-order data to the distributor/manufacturer who, once confirmation of purchase has been received, will ship the goods cash on delivery. Or, without any commercial obligation, to collect the payment to transfer it together with the data to the distributor/producer through the contact forms made available by the affiliate network.

12) One Stop Cart is not responsible for what any other online company, on any external or internal web page of our e-commerce, states about the product that is the subject of the advertising campaign.

13) In this listing, nothing is guaranteed, and nothing miraculous is promised. The user is NOT encouraged with deceptive strategies to pre-order the product by leveraging needs and inconveniences of any nature. By clicking the buy button and pre-ordering the product in this listing, the potential customer is aware that they want to be contacted by the distributor/manufacturer in order to purchase, after telephone confirmation, a “product of their own free will, without any guarantee of results, without the fraudulent guarantee that is usually found around ‘satisfied or refunded’.”

Furthermore, One Stop Cart advises the potential customer to proceed with the pre-order ONLY if they are certain, following medical advice, that they can come into contact with the product and that its ingredients can actually bring benefits. In addition to medical advice, it is advisable to report any doubts, pathologies, or disorders to the commercial/distribution/manufacturer company by telephone during the pre-order confirmation phase.

14) The purchase of the product by minors is prohibited. Purchases by a minor can normally be declared void, because the person who is not yet eighteen does not have the capacity to act. This gives the parents the right to claim reimbursement of the amount spent, also canceling the consequences of the distance contract. However, this principle does not apply in cases where the minor has kept silent or falsified their age through deceptive behavior or by declaring that they are an adult when registering on this site.

15) Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, without prejudice to the exceptions set out in Article 59 of the same decree, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract negotiated outside of commercial premises without having to provide any reason and without having to bear costs other than those set out in Article 56, paragraph 2, and Article 57. Due to the nature of the pre-order, this right will start and be counted from the day the product is received at home.

16) Regarding shipping times, the potential customer, by accepting the nature of the pre-order when clicking the buy button/adding the product to the cart and releasing their data, accepts without reservation that the operating times of the distributor/manufacturer are as follows:

– Pre-order placed up to 2.00 pm: phone call within 2 hours, 30 minutes from telephone confirmation for packing and collection of the item by the courier from the distributor/manufacturer, and delivery in 1 or 2 working days.
– Pre-order placed after 2.00 pm: phone call within 12 hours, 30 minutes from telephone confirmation for packing and collection of the item by the courier from the distributor/manufacturer, and delivery in 1 or 2 working days.

The potential customer, therefore, accepts that the times may vary due to their failure to respond to the mandatory confirmation phone call from the distributor, and therefore cannot claim compensation from One Stop Cart in any

case.

Specific acceptance:

The potential customer, after reading these conditions, expressly accepts each of the above clauses.
